YWIB creates programs and events geared towards encouraging middle- and high-school girls to consider the life sciences as a career choice. The events ignite girls’ curiosity in biotechnology while nurturing a business and entrepreneurial spirit.

We are thrilled to welcome 27 young women to this year's YWIB Ambassador cohort! These students will participate in our flagship program for young women with a passion for STEM, acting as ambassadors of the YWIB mission to encourage and empower more young women to pursue careers in STEM.
