We’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to Jodi Forlizzi, Associate Professor at CMU’s HCI Institute and School of Design, for kicking off the PGH Usability Speaker Series last month with a wonderful presentation. We had a great turnout and Jodi’s insights into applying user enactments to find new design opportunities will certainly have us all looking for ways to utilize some of her strategies in our own research. Her examples of how her team has implemented these strategies were engaging, entertaining and thought-provoking.
