Today, we honor the legacy, courage and sacrifice—Baldwin Paramedic Rescue Local 4852 remembers 9/11 not just in silence, but in service, carrying forward the spirit of those who gave everything so others could live.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of retired Baldwin EMS Paramedic & Supervisor Jim Husar.**

Jim dedicated over 20 years of service as a paramedic and supervisor with Baldwin EMS before continuing his career at EMS West, where his knowledge and experience were invaluable to our local EMS Council.

His commitment to emergency medicine and the community left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Husar family during this difficult time. Rest easy, Jim—and give our regards to Bill and Ernie.
