Setter Showdown

Back home and wanted to get results posted from this last weekend's Setter Showdown held at Portland Rock Gym's new Beaverton location.

A huge thank you to all of the participating routesetters at this week's Setter Showdown held at ASCEND South Side. It was wonderful to see and climb on your creations.

We're less than two weeks away from our Setter Showdown in Hawaii at HiClimb, but it's time to announce the next one already.

ASCEND South Side in Pittsburgh reached out last week about hosting a Setter Showdown in conjunction with the annual CWA Summit being hosted in their town. We scrambled over the last few days to get the event organized, sponsors in place, etc. and it's a go.

The dates of the Showdown will be May 15-16, 2023 - the two days before the start of the Summit. Ascend has a great facility, full of varied and interesting climbing terrain, and we're looking forward to working together to bring another great event to our industry.
