Another one in the books and this one might have brought me my biggest results.
Ya know why? I committed. To not only the workout program, but to my nutrition and more importantly, myself.
I’ve been doing these programs for awhile now and, it’s not that I haven’t gotten results, but I’ve always short-changed myself because I never went 100% in. I would show up and do the workouts, but I would half-ass it when it came to my nutrition. But uh uh, NOT THIS TIME!
And man, do I feel good.
Better than good.
Changed.
Transformed.
In control.
So after 2 rounds of this program starting all the way back in December, and 13.6 lbs lost (and that’s just from Jan 1st), I’m celebrating my wins and I’m moving on to the next one Monday and I can’t wait to see where this one takes me!

I don't think I'd give my younger self advice; instead, I'd just walk beside her and talk to her more kindly.
I'd remind her she's worth it.
I'd remind her there is beauty to be found even in the tough spots.
I'd remind her often how much potential she has and how she will see it fully come out one day.
I wouldn't give her advice that would change her path. I'd just be a more positive voice walking alongside her on the one she took.
