Tryoga with Rivkah - Yoga Studio

Crazy that this was a year ago! Teaching at gyms was not originally my dream for trYoga, but it's been amazingly rewarding. My style has changed so much. Rather than heavy Pilates influence, I teach gentle flows with a focus on adaptive functional flexibility.
