Help with Legal Fees for a Juvenile Victim of Police Brutality

Early morning on Sunday, December 28, 17 year old Aaron Atkins was physically assaulted and tased by Pitcairn police while walking down the street near his aunt's home. The Turtle Creek, Monroeville and Wilmerding police were witnessed at the scene as well. Some of the incident was caught on a resident's security camera and she also recorded with her phone from her porch. After assaulting him, they dropped him off at the hospital and attempted to 302 him. Instead the hospital called Aaron's mom. He was examined, treated and later released. Beside being bruised, he was very traumatized and overwhelmed.

A short time after chargers were brough against Aaron even though he was the victim. He has secured representation of Stein Law Group to fight these bogus charges and the family needs assistance with legal fees. There is an outstanding balance of 800.
