Sutler Registration:
$50.00 no electrical $100 if electrical hookup required
1st priority for placement allocated to vendors carrying 90 percent or more of products tailored for the reenacting community Second priority given to books and memorabilia of the period Third priority given to sutlers carrying 60 percent or more inventory for the reenactor.
Absolutely no food or drink concession without prior permission

Bounties:
Artillery Bounty is limited to first 4 guns per side, $150/gun

Ohio Field Dress Championships
Saturday 12:30 Impressions and mind set for June 25th, 1861 Open to all ranks and civilian First prize $50, Second $25, Third $10

Union Campsite:
2 1/2 acres of virtually flat grassland with small copse of trees to be dedicated to the Union campsite. Short distance to parking, shorter distance to amenities, shorter still to all the weekend's action

Confederate Campsite:
CS camp in the shade of the trees around the village buildings, close to parking, closer still to the action

All participants are advised to be prepared to fight on the company level on at least 2 fronts in all engagements as well as the fact that battlefields are indeed 3 dimensional.
All battle scenarios based on 1861 impression and thought, as in the Saturday before Manassas, the chance encounter of troops that never made the history books.
