Ace Sports Performance

kick off is one of my favorite events of the year! Ace Sports Performance was there warming up the players before a fun afternoon of playing tennis.

Had an opportunity to provide warm-ups at the for Mount Lebanon Paddle players—this drill sets them up for quick hand-eye reactions. You have a small space to move and can fit three other pieces of equipment in your bag; what are you bringing and why?
