We are so excited to be joining The Kingsley Association for their EmpowerHer event July 12.
Where Symphany will be presenting her Inner Ecology workshop.

“This workshop Inner Ecology is near and dear to my heart. We are existing in a very interesting time where it’s important to reflect on your relationship with self, other humans, the environment, and society. We can use the teachings of yoga and apply it to our day to day, but the question is how? And ya know what better way to explore this question than together.”
- Symphany share her thoughts on her upcoming workshop.
