6 Years. One Mission.

What started as an idea has grown into a community built on hard work, accountability, and the relentless pursuit of improvement.

To every athlete, client, member, coach, staff and supporter who has been part of the journey, thank you! Your trust, effort, and commitment continues to fuel every step of this process.

We’ve spent the last six years raising the standard. The next six start now.

Did you get into a fight with an octopus? No silly, it’s called cupping.

What can CUPPING THERAPY do for you…

Pain Relief and Reduced Muscle Tension: it acts as a deep tissue massage.

Increased Blood Circulation: Enhanced blood flow supplies oxygen and nutrients to tissues, stimulating healing and decreasing inflammation.

Faster Muscle Recovery: Athletes often use it to reduce muscle soreness and release tension in fascia.
Improved Range of Motion: It aids in relaxing tight muscles and improving flexibility.

Detoxification: By increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage, it helps remove metabolic waste

How do the “CUPS” work?

Cupping can be done using heat or a mechanical pump to create suction. The cups remain on the skin for 5 to 15 minutes, often causing temporary, harmless bruising, which is a normal result of the negative pressure.
