A few simple tricks that have worked for me running FB ads the last 6 years:
(Warning: I’m not an ecom, crazy high budget spender - think more for local or consulting businesses spending less than $200/day)
1. If your results slow down or cost per lead jumps, try just duplicating the campaign. Can’t tell you how many times this has worked for me. I don’t understand algorithms but I’ve certainly seen even ads with low frequency be duplicAted and kick start the algorithm again
2. Add 5-10 more creatives than you think. I used to spend time building the perfect creative. That’s a waste of time (usually). If you’ve seen my posts in the past you’ll know our top performing creatives look like a 5 year old made them.
3. Go broader. Our highest quality leads tend to come from broad, general audiences rather than trying to niche interests or demographics down. I’ve found this especially true if you’re a local business.
Give those a shot and see what happens.
