What is your go-to power outfit for a killer presentation? Aoife is ecstatic her team's research panned out. They're ready to present, but she's concerned about the messages she sends with the clothes she wears. Gender constructs and societal expectations about the clothes we wear can trigger biased receptions. Women in STEM fields often have to manage these subconscious signals in addition to preparing concise and eloquent research presentations.
