I’m taking vocal lessons, my first one was today. I’m finding these new parts of my voice and trying to use them. It’s hard to break your old, incorrect habits, but once they’re behind you, everything gets easier. It’s finally time I learn to do this the right way. I know God is faithful and steady and He will guide this process.

It has been difficult to write verses that flow into this chorus but I’m up for the challenge! Some songs fly out, others are a slow trickle. This one started back in November in the shower one day. These song ideas come to me sometimes when I can’t write them down right away. On the day this came to me, I left a trail of water from the shower clear to my phone so I could record it before I forgot it. 😆
