This before & after may seem like a subtle transformation from photos, but the biggest change happened behind the scenes. We removed the wall where the range and refrigerator were originally located and borrowed square footage from a rarely used dining room to give this kitchen the space it deserved.

The result? A large island, so much more storage, and a layout that actually works for the way this family lives and entertains.
