I’m Dr. Justin Lysaght, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Personal Trainer, and Licensed Massage Therapist. I’m proud to offer PT Direct — a mobile physical therapy and wellness clinic that brings service directly to your home.

If stiffness, pain, or limited mobility have been holding you back, I can help through gentle, personalized sessions that focus on:

💳 Self-pay only. A doctor’s referral is required for physical therapy services. Wellness and maintenance sessions are available without a referral.
