It’s 4:50am and I’m just pulling up to GAMA Sports Training and it dawned on me that I was the only one on the road here from the house to here. It takes me about 17 minutes to get here I realized it was just me the whole time.

I say that to say I could have still been sleep like everyone else but instead I chose to get up.

A lot of people struggle with self motivation. That is half the battle sometimes it is just you. You have to get up, and get dressed and get there that is half the battle.

Get up and get going! Push yourself even if it’s just you!
