As we close the doors of Hazelwood Cafe for the final time, our hearts are full. Thank you for the love, support, and community you gave us over the last 4 years. This space was truly special filled with great conversations, real connections, and unforgettable moments. If these walls could talk, they’d tell some beautiful stories.

I’m beyond grateful for every moment I spent owning and working in this cafe. Hazelwood Cafe was more than a business it was a home.

Please share your favorite memories, photos, or moments from Hazelwood Cafe in the comments. We’d love to relive them with you.

Until we meet again 🤍

It’s with a heavy but hopeful heart that I share this message.

Due to ongoing health issues, Hazelwood Cafe will be closing its doors. This was not an easy decision, but it’s one I have to make to prioritize my health and well-being.

Hazelwood Cafe has always been more than just a coffee shop. It was a community space, a safe place, a meeting point, a home away from home. From early mornings and deep conversations to events, laughs, and love every moment shared here meant everything to me.

I want to say thank you to everyone who walked through our doors, supported us, believed in the vision, and showed love in so many ways. To our customers, neighbors, collaborators, volunteers, and friends you made this place special.

This is not goodbye forever, just goodbye for now. I’m incredibly grateful for the journey and the community we built together.

Please continue to support local businesses and show up for one another the way you showed up for Hazelwood Cafe.

With love and gratitude,
DASAWN GRAY☕❤️

🎅☕ Breakfast with Santa | Part 1 of Our Christmas Series🎄✨

What an amazing morning celebrating the holiday season with our community! Hazelwood Café, in partnership with Jada House International, was honored to host Breakfast with Santa, bringing families together for food, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

This special event was beautifully catered by Comfort and Spice, serving up delicious breakfast favorites that warmed both hearts and bellies. From kids meeting Santa 🎁 to families sharing smiles around the table, the space was filled with joy, connection, and holiday spirit.

We made the day extra special with arts and crafts for the kids, giving them a chance to create, laugh, and express their holiday creativity. To top it off, each child received a small Christmas gift, adding even more excitement and smiles throughout the room. 💛

Moments like this remind us why community matters. This wasn’t just breakfast it was about creating memories, strengthening families, and bringing neighbors together during the holidays.

✨ This is just Part One of our Christmas Series and we’re just getting started!
Stay tuned for more joy, more giving, and more community moments this season.
