On the Move: Group Exercise for Improved Mobility in Older Adults® (OTM) is a group-based exercise program for older adults designed to target the timing and coordination of walking.

We are honored to announce that On the Move is now certified as an Evidence-Based Fall Prevention Program under the Administration for Community Living!

This designation allows us to further our mission of bringing On the Move to more older adults across the country.

📢 Big news! On the Move Group Exercise for Improved Mobility in Older Adults (R) program is now an Evidence-Based Falls Prevention Program under the Administration for Community Living.

✅ Improves access to high quality exercise for older adults and financial support for senior services to host our program
✅ Already designated as an Evidence-Based Chronic Disease Self-Management Program
✅ On the Move is currently hosted in over 50 sites across the country
