Tomorrow leads off the First Waves Stewardship Summit presented by the alongside the ! We will be hosting a tree planting, stream cleanup, and film premiere over the course of the weekend! The Earth Week Student Summit in partnership with and the Beaver Falls Film Festival was incredible! Here’s some behind the scenes action of a mixture of citizen science initiatives, hands on education and well-being exercises, and spreading the stoke through the power of film and digital media. "First Waves Beaver County", a Documentary Directed by Rishi Sethi .media documents the expansion of the The Watersmith Guild groundbreaking youth environmental education program into the Beaver and Ohio River valleys in the aftermath of the ethylene cracker plant's penalties for pollution.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Ph.D candidate, Jjason Aguirre, TheEcologista, at University of Pittsburgh for an exciting video exploration. Jason explains, "Connecting folks to nature in their backyard is incredibly important to me and the future of environmental/aquatic science.
