Greetings Cary!

I'll be facilitating a Sound Ceremony at Cary Yoga Collective on Friday June 28th from 7pm-8:30pm. This beautifully curated space features baffles that ensure the Sound and Vibrations reach everyone in the room perfectly. Since this event usually fills to capacity, preregistration is recommended. The Moon will enter the Last Quarter phase one hour before we begin the Sound Ceremony. This timing is perfect for reflection, reassessment, forgiveness, and releasing burdens, preparing us for the new beginnings brought by the New Moon a week later. Often, we focus on what we need to do rather than on what might be holding us back. Bring your intentions and let the Ceremony amplify and carry them into the Universe on the wings of Harmony and Vibration.

What to Bring:
Yoga Mat
Blanket (the temps could make this unnecessary)
Pillow
Water Bottle
Eye Mask

See you in Ceremony. βœ¨πŸŒ—βœ¨

Greetings Wake Forest!

I'll be facilitating my first Sound Ceremony at Alchemy Hot Yoga this Saturday from 6pm-7:30pm. I'm excited to meet the community and to work in that beautiful studio. It is a warmed studio, but they are completely shutting off the heat and it will be cooled down by time we begin. You can sign up and register here-

The New Moon is on the 10th, so we will be in that beautiful energy of manifestation and creation. If there's anything you've been wanting to start or bring into your life this Ceremony will be the perfect time to dive deep with your intention. Hope to see you there!

What to bring:
-mat
-blanket
-pilloe
-water bottle
-eye mask (optional for deeper experience)

-checks notes-

β€œThe oldest musical instrument in the world, a 60,000-year-old Neanderthal flute, is a treasure of global significance. It was discovered in Divje babe cave near Cerkno and has been declared by experts to have been made by Neanderthals. It is made from the left thighbone of a young cave bear and has four pierced holes.”
