We are looking for a Cell Phone Repair Technician and Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and performs necessary repairs on Cell phones, tablets and Computers. The technician is responsible for diagnosing and performing repairs on a wide range of devices.

Technical Skills:

Repair experience with a wide range of devices: phones, laptops, tablets, gaming systems, etc.
Proficient in soldering (preferred)
Ability to research repair techniques for new or uncommon devices and perform back glass replacements on Phones.
Proven work experience as a Mobile devices and computer repair technician or similar role

Additional Skills & Requirements:

Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful and motivated with a desire to learn
Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all client data
Provide exceptional customer service
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers over the phone, via email, and in-store
Effectively and professionally handle customer complaints
High School Diploma
