*Additional Fee Over 20 miles from Piper in KC, KS (Some locations are out of range/territory.) Prices are based on a one-phrase greeting, including age, name, graphics, & stars. We design, deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Additional phrases can be added for a $20 additional charge. Our yard greetings stay up for approximately 24 hours. We typically set up the evening before and retrieve signs 24 hours later. Greetings can stay up an additional 24 hours for a $25 charge. This will confirm your reservation and reserve your chosen graphics and colors. Sign Dreamers and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or takedown of the yard greeting. We do not set up in Inclement weather. We will try to work around weather events, but if extreme cold warning, heat warning hail, ice, or strong winds are in the forecast a full refund will be given.
