Musa Financial is looking for an experienced Home loan &commercial loan officer or loan originator interested in joining a fast-growing company with a vibrant culture. Loan Officers will utilize Musa Financial preferred lender relationships to assist borrowers primarily in home loans, multifamily, and commercial loan process from the quote stage all the way to funding. This person will be responsible for building rapport, analyzing the borrower’s financial situation, and determining the appropriate products to meet clients’ needs. We will train you on how to build your own database of clients and on how to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and efficient dialer technology. In addition to communicating daily with borrowers. Loan Officers must stay abreast of new types of loans, guideline changes, and other financial products to meet the customer’s needs and maintain compliance. They must also resolve issues/difficulties across multiple departments while maintaining a high level of service to internal and external customers.
