Our grass fed, grass finished natural bison and beef offal is very popular! Did you know we bring these products with us to every farmers market? We offer heart, liver, tongue, kidney, oxtail, beef cheeks, femurs, knuckles, patellas, meaty soup bones, and tallow. Call ahead to place an order if you need large quantities. We will be at the Larimer County Farmers' Market this Saturday from 9am to 1pm at 200 West Oak in Fort Collins. Come shop with us there!

The day started with a glorious sunrise after a rainy night. The cows were enjoying grazing in the cool air. Thanks to all the customers who came today to the Larimer County Farmers' Market - we appreciate your outstanding support on this very hot day!

Hi everyone, this is an update for the next couple of farmers markets before the July 4 holiday. This Saturday June 27 High Point Bison will be at the Larimer County Farmers' Market. Then on June 30 we will be at the Cheyenne Tuesday Farmers Market. We will not be attending the market on July 4, so this is the time to get your meats for weekday meals and BBQs.

Customer emails were sent out yesterday- please get your orders in by Friday at 3pm. We bring considerable inventory with us to the market, but we have been almost selling out every Saturday. We are so grateful for your loyal patronage, and we want to make sure we give you the most opportunity to get the cuts you need so ordering ahead helps ensure you get what you need.

I suggest you plan a couple of meals that you can make ahead in the instapot or crockpot such as Asian short ribs with rice or shredded beef sandwiches. The weather looks to be hot over that weekend so these meals won't heat up the kitchen. For the grill I suggest burgers, steaks, and sausages. For the smoker get some of our fantastic brontasaurus ribs, briskets, or baby back ribs. Be sure to make enough for leftovers!

The Cheyenne Tuesday Farmers Market kicks off with opening day tomorrow, June 9! JC Penney Parking lot from 3-6 pm. We are very excited to see all our customers! It's going to be so much fun with many of your favorite vendors in attendance.
Our opening day special is 5lbs of ground beef for $50 and 5 lbs of ground bison for $55!
Please order ahead as we will sell out at the market. Our premium grass fed, grass finished, natural meats are in high demand at the markets. Ordering ahead helps ensure you get all the cuts you need, especially if you are planning a special event. Remember Father's Day is this Sunday.
