But we finished this week with Culinary smoking in the parking lot and Nutrition and Wellness taste teating the different grades of NY Strip (choice, prime, wagyu, grass fed)

Crazy next week are
Practicals and the end of the school
Year!! Bittersweet because getting to watch them all grow, some will level up and I’ll see them next year and some will graduate to their next chapter.

I apologize in advance parents when your kiddos are begging for a whole tenderloin and wagyu for Christmas. We might have spoiled them a bit. They are definitely Beef lovers after this week!

Today was smoking in the parking lot!! We had a fun guest playing sentry over our delicious treats. Our buddy in the singlet cracked me up and startled me each time i peeked out the window!! He kept moving around all day. Tomorrw we reheat and slice into (and chop the chain for chopped beef sandwiches)
