Be prepared- a small humble brag is coming with this 🤣💁🏻‍♀️

I like to do the “hustle in silence” thing, so I haven’t said a ton about this until now. BUT. I’ve been working on getting certified to be a personal trainer at The Hero Gym. (We moved away from the group fitness stuff, I just don’t think that was my thing 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️) You all also know I have a full time job, a part time job, kids, the works.

As of this morning, I’m officially a Certified Personal Trainer 💪🏻 it’s really hard doing any kind of course or schooling with kids and full time jobs after being out of school for 10 years (huge props to all of you actually going back to full time college!!), so I’m just thrilled I got it done lmao

We still have some details to workout, but come see me at The Hero Gym sometime🫶🏻

No class with me today- been dealing with some neck/back issues. We’re finally making progress so I don’t want to screw that up. Listening to my body this week! 💕
