Tipsy is four years old and known amongst the shelter staff for being incredibly sweet. Tipsy loves to be loved, and additionally fancies a really good ice cream cone on a hot day after some zoomies. If you can't finish your ice cream, Tipsy will handle it, no problem. 🍦🐶
