We will only cook a few extra slabs on top of what we get orders for so if you want our famous smoked ribs this July 4th please call ahead to place your order. We are asking that any orders over $50.00 be prepaid. Get your orders in as soon as possible! We also have smoked chicken, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, jambalaya and dirty rice!
