Did you know sugar snap peas have a secret superpower? 🫛✨

The peas attract aphids, and the aphids attract the ladybugs. These ladybugs will then spread from the peas and eat other soft-bodied pest insects on the farm. So even though peas might not be the best or most productive crop, they're good to have around for the health of every other crop! 🐞

We hosted our very first Tree Pruning and Cloning workshop on Saturday at the Agricultural Learning Center 🌳🍐

Sam and Jason led the group through the basics of fruit tree pruning, and everyone got to take home their own fruit tree cuttings!

The SEED Skills crew are crushing it at the Rolling Hills garden! 🪴SEED Skills is an “earn as you learn” opportunity for youth ages 13-18 to sharpen their leadership, communication, and work skills through learning to manage an organic garden and delivering healthy and nutritious produce to surrounding communities.
