A wrong-way driver near Prescott ended up crashing straight into a deputy’s patrol car.
Dashcam video shows the deputy blocking the oncoming SUV on Highway 69 to stop it from reaching other drivers.
Authorities say the driver appeared disoriented and was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Could’ve been way worse.

Imagine fixing your house after a car crashes into it… then another car crashes into it again before repairs are even finished.
A Phoenix family near 91st Avenue and Camelback says their home has been hit twice in less than six months.
They say the issue is a nearby street that suddenly ends near their property, with speeding drivers going straight toward the home.
Now they’re asking for more help to make the area safer.
Who should be responsible for fixing this — the city or the HOA?

Tempe Town Lake looks permanent now, but before it existed, the Salt River could completely change overnight.
In January 1993, heavy storms sent floodwater rushing through Tempe while crews were building the newer Mill Avenue Bridge.
The flood damaged the construction site and delayed the project, but the original 1931 bridge stayed open.
By 1999, Tempe Town Lake opened and turned that once-dry riverbed into one of Tempe’s most recognizable spots.
Did you know this area used to flood like that?

A Phoenix man is being celebrated after spending nearly 50 years at the same Denny’s job.
Barney Mullen, 78, has worked as a busser at the Denny’s near 7th Street and Camelback Road since the late 1970s.
Coworkers and customers recently honored him for 48 years of dedication, consistency, and showing up with a positive attitude.
Even on his day off, Barney still came in ready to work.
You don’t see this kind of loyalty much anymore.
Could you stay at the same job for 48 years?
