George Hull, of Arizona State University (ASU), was the best Professor of Horticulture that any student of Landscape Architecture could be blessed with. I was extremely lucky to have him during my studies at ASU! George, in partnership with V&P Nurseries, created many of the new cultivars of the xerophytic plant Genus Tecoma that we’ve grown to enjoy today. Four of the varieties created by George are exclusive to V&P, including this beauty! 🔔🔥 The ‘Bells of Fire’ has deep dark red tubular flowers, as the name would suggest, making it one of the more popular of the Tecoma cultivars.
