Avoiding rework in construction is key to maintaining efficiency and quality. Rework happens when changes are made to the original plan, often due to three critical steps:
Pre-Mobilization: Set clear expectations before work begins.
Quality Pre-Con: Align on tasks with the foreman 1-3 weeks prior.
Inspections: Regularly check and adjust work for compliance.
These steps help keep your project on track and reduce rework.
