I haven’t had a chance to upload final photos for this project we did a month ago, We had the opportunity to remodel this bathroom and made it look better and modernize. ✅

Shower almost complete, took a little longer than expected due to separate matters and other projects we are working on in the same property. But none the less it’s coming out very nice ✅👌

Work in progress Walk in Shower, client decided to get rid of tub for easy access and went with a walk in shower with a framed out privacy wall. All that’s left is to waterproof and add final pitched floor base and tilling the shower. I will upload before and after uppon completion 😃👌

Water heater replacement/shut-off valve replacement 👨‍🔧 today we were in chandler, Az A client called for a free estimate on a water heater installation and got it done that same day ✅

LVP(Luxury Vinyl Plank) installation. We’re doing a whole rehab on a property out in Tempe Az. Client decided to get rid of old Tile & Carpet. And went with a smoked brown LVP, we installed a V***r Barrier under the LVP to help prevent mold forming under the floor in case of a flood. It gave the property a whole new look 100% 👌
