Every Sunday at 12 noon, all levels and all schools are welcome.
Hosted at in Phoenix, this session brings together championship-level kids, juveniles, and dedicated adult grapplers.
Led by MMA pro fighter and Black Belt Austin Wourms , the room stays focused, respectful, and high quality.
Come get smart rounds, sharpen your game, and train with a strong community.
