She also carries designations that best help her meet her clients needs, such as Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), First Time Home Buyer Consultant (FTHBC), and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). Michelle now uses her education background to guide Home Buyers & Sellers step by step through the process, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her strong work ethic combined with her patience and experience keeps her clients calm and happy! Michelle uses her expert negotiation skills to get her buyers the best deal possible and her sellers the best price possible. She understands the importance of attention to detail. She offers extensive marketing, staging tips, and professional photos to help get her listings sold. She guides her buyers through the home buying process by explaining each step, scheduling inspections, and attending inspections and signing appointments. Client satisfaction is her number one priority. When Michelle isn’t “working,” she enjoys running half marathons, golfing and spending time with her three children.
