We wish to share that Southern Rail has been sold after 9 1/2 years. We hold our role in the community very close to our hearts. We are honored to have fed you and nourished you. We loved having the opportunity to introduce you to special signature southern recipes, magical bottles of Arizona wine and outstanding bourbons; as well as connecting you to our local purveyors and farmers.
We celebrated Mardi Gras, Derby Day and Jazz & Jambalaya; festive honors we were lucky to share with you. Our dedicated staff took pride in offering you the best southern hospitality and have cherished the moments graced by your support. We simply have the best guests.
A welcome change is coming to our historical space by a talented, local and independent restaurant group. It is time for us to say goodbye and give our neighborhood an exciting, new concept in the Newton. Stay tuned for their announcement in early 2024.
Our final day of service will be Saturday, December 23rd. Please make a reservation as staffing will be limited. Join us for one more fried chicken, classic beignets or an awesome Bourbon flight. We look forward to celebrating and reminiscing. Then please visit our sister restaurant, as our valued loyal guests.
