yo mama kicked our butts today! Hope you feel better soon!!

1 week from today I will be a half a century old! Kinda makes my head spin. Approaching this milestone has me looking back on my life. Man I’ve been through, seen and done a LOT.
I have done a ton of hard work this year.
Thanks to Healing Hearts Counseling I am calmer inside, better able to cope with triggers that arise, can give myself grace and know that I’M OK!
Thanks to PowerCoreaz Pilates I jump out of bed at 5:30am 3 days a week to get my workout in and am stronger than I have ever been. (It’s been so good for both body and soul. 10/10 would recommend)
And a huge thank you to my husband for his hard work, patience, support and love. WE are stronger than we have ever been.
I’m able to look at the story of me and give love to little Kati, be proud of middle Kati and cheer on current Kati.
So I’m heading into 50 feeling lighter and brighter, so thankful for all the ways life has shaped me and totally excited for the next 50 years!!
