The best days are closing days! 😊 So happy that I found the PERFECT home for my international buyers! These clients might as well be family to me, so it was my pleasure to serve them. Picking up a home in Scottsdale is tough enough these days. But I was able to negotiate for my clients, beat out the other buyers and STILL get the home for asking price! I had one heck of a week with the boys, & We did some mountain shooting, desert MTB ride and headed up to Flaggstaff for some fresh powder! Total bro week to say the least! We burned a ton of calories and put a few extra hairs on our chest lol what a great time, thanks for coming out fellas!

A couple of my good friends came up from Tucson to close out 2020 with some shuttle runs at South Mountain. We rode National Trail to Javalina Canyon, then drove back to the top & hit Geronimo. Where I had a bit of misfortune and fell hard onto my left hand. I had to walk my bike down since the trail is so chunky but after getting my hand on ice, I was good to ride another day!
