🏡 Join Trellis as we celebrate NeighborWorks America Week and a major milestone in the Garfield Neighborhood!

On June 3, we will host an Open House Celebration marking the completion of the first three homes in our 10-home infill development project. These homes represent new opportunities for families to achieve homeownership while helping strengthen one of Phoenix's historic neighborhoods.

Community members, partners, and supporters are invited to tour the homes, learn more about the project, and celebrate the power of neighborhood investment and collaboration.

Trellis staff will be available to answer questions about homeownership education, lending services, and real estate development programs.

Thinking about buying a home? Not sure where to start? Trellis invites you to a free, full-day Homebuyer Education Class on Saturday, June 13 from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, sponsored by Bankers Trust Company.

This class is designed to help you understand whether homeownership is right for you and walk you through every step of the process.

• How to evaluate your financial readiness
• Understanding the homebuying timeline
• How much home you can afford

Trellis is seeking volunteers to help support our upcoming Katie Girse Memorial Golf Classic, and we would love to have you join us!

Volunteers help make the day run smoothly and create a great experience for golfers and guests. Opportunities include registration, raffle support, hole assistance, setup, and more.

This event directly supports Trellis programs that help individuals and families achieve financial stability and homeownership.
