We are seeking a sales associate to join our team! You will be part of our sales team responsible for keeping the showroom running efficiently and effectively.

*Covid-19 considerations: We require our staff to wear masks during work hours.

Responsibility:

-Assist customers with questions and concerns in store and on the phone

-Familiarize yourself with the products we sell

-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

-Coordinate with warehouse associates to load & unload orders for customers

-Answer telephone for product inquires, business location & hours, customer service related topics

-Operate our point of sale system to ring up sales, process returns, locate customer account, & purchase history

-Create price tags for product and audit periodically for accuracy

-Restock showroom shelves as inventory levels decrease

-Contribute to the team's sales goals

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

-Excellent verbal and communicative skills

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment during peak season

-Polite & professional towards customers, team members, and management

-High attention to detail

-Must be able to work full time during store opening hours Tue-Sat 10am-6pm

-Motivated and willing to adapt to change
