Happy Friday friends, family, past, present and future clients. I couldn’t be more excited to finally break the news I hinted about a couple weeks ago.
After over a month of meetings, discussions, visits and lots of thought, I am excited to share that I have decided to join The Curtis Johnson team brokered by eXp Realty. Hello friends, family, and acquaintances, are you possibly in the market to sell your home? While most markets or states may have slowed down, here in Arizona we remain one of the hottest markets out of all states. Right now, there is no better time to contact me for a free market analysis. Last I checked earlier in the week, I believe there were only roughly 3500 or so homes worth of inventory in Maricopa County, and around 5600 total of inventory in Arizona(give or take as homes are under contract and sold daily). Most who are not in the Real Estate business are not aware, but this is referred to as a Sellers market. Buyers are so desperate and wanting homes that they are offering above asking price due to multiple offers within minutes or hours of homes being put on the market. However, If you are in the market to purchase, I will assure you that I will go above and beyond to make sure we find a home that you fall in love with, and promise to negotiate the best deal on your behalf based on what the market and financing will allow.
