If you've ever tackled a project at home, you know the part nobody puts in the before-and-after photos.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗽.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The dozens of small tasks that have to happen before the finished product takes shape.

𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠, we'll be working on the next phase of our kitchen project, helping prepare the space for what's ahead.

It's not glamorous work, but it's important work. And a few extra hands can make a big difference.

On 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟵𝘁𝗵, volunteers will help organize donations, prepare spaces, and complete projects that support the daily work happening across our campuses.

Every organized shelf, prepared room, and completed task helps create an environment where recovery, healing, and hope can continue.

𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱’𝘀 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

So many people showed up ready to play, laugh, compete, and support the work happening at the Phoenix Dream Center. From the first matches to the last conversations hanging around afterward, it was just a really good day.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered, donated, and helped make the event what it was.

And an extra thank you to @𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗡 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲 - 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗲 taking such great care of everyone and making the entire event feel effortless from start to finish. The team there did an incredible job, and we’re so grateful for their partnership and support.

We loved getting to spend the day with all of you and already can’t wait to do it again.

𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀.

Markers without caps. Glue sticks are rolling around. Someone was very seriously trying to make sure the ribbon stayed exactly where they wanted it.

They put a lot into them.

This week, the tables were covered in bright paper and half-finished pinwheels as everyone started shifting into summer mode around here.

There’s already a lot of excitement building for the summer program. More projects. More messy tables. More moments for kids to create, connect, and just be kids for a while.

We’re starting to gather a few supplies for the months ahead and would love help with a couple items:
