One of the biggest transformations in this Tempe whole-home remodel came from creating a more open and connected floor plan. ✨

The original layout felt closed off and segmented. Through strategic structural and design changes—including removing soffits, relocating ductwork, and improving sightlines—we were able to completely reimagine how the home feels and functions.

Now, the kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow seamlessly while maintaining warmth, texture, and personality throughout the home.
