BHHS Legacy Foundation and Legacy Connection share a joint mission to enhance the quality of life and health of those we serve. We do this by funding grants to health-related nonprofits, nurturing collaborative partnerships, and raising funds through Legacy Connection for grant funding to support community organizations that work to promote good health.

An ID is more than just a piece of plastic—it is a key that unlocks housing, employment, healthcare, and a path toward stability. Rebuilding a life starts with having a name and a voice, and we are honored to support this vital work in our community.

Thank you, Homeless ID Project, for your dedication to breaking down barriers and lifting up our neighbors!
