Second chances. Real opportunities. Fresh starts.
Maricopa County, in partnership with the City of Phoenix and the Reform Alliance, recently hosted a Second Chance Job Fair for justice-involved individuals at the East Valley Career Center.
More than a dozen employers who believe in second chances showed up ready to hire. Thirty participants landed interviews and two walked away with job offers the very same day.
This is what workforce development looks like in action because everyone deserves the opportunity to move forward.
