The program is designed to teach and improve key components of physical fitness like: agility, balance, coordination, stamina, accuracy, speed, endurance, strength and power. Kids enjoy all of the health benefits of regular exercise and in the process reduce the amount of time spent idle, watching TV, playing video games, or getting into trouble.
