Pride month is here, and so is one of the things we're most excited to share with our community: Pride in Your Health on June 27.

is about showing up for your health, your community, and yourself in a space that feels welcoming, affirming, and easy to step into. This year, we are celebrating bigger than ever with a roller skating rink brought by ZoniGirls !

Stay in the loop. All month long, we'll be sharing more about what to expect, fun surprises, why this event matters, and the people helping bring it to life. For now, save the date. We'd love to see you there.

Meet Emily Snyder, Family Nurse Practitioner at Prisma. Specializing in HIV prevention and treatment, gender affirming care, and sexual health, Emily takes a collaborative approach to care, working alongside patients to create plans that reflect their goals, experiences, and needs.

Inspired by her early work addressing health inequities, Emily is committed to providing accessible, affirming care in a space where patients can feel safe reconnecting with their health. At Prisma, that care is supported by a team working together to deliver a truly holistic experience.
