Accounting practice with locations in northwest Phoenix and Goodyear is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant. This position supports general bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple client businesses. Primarily work in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities for Full Charge Bookkeeper
• Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
• Process accounts receivable and invoice clients and customers
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger
• Prepare payroll journal entries
• Prepare monthly and quarterly TPT and Employment tax returns
Qualifications for Full Charge Bookkeeper
• Associates degree in accounting or related field, preferred
• Certified Bookkeeper designation, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience
• Aptitude for business
• Detail oriented
• Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
• Experience with financial statements and tax returns
• 3 years QuickBooks Experience
