I received stamps yesterday, it appears all forms that were signed by clint, shall be returned as they reach the final step of approval in order to have me sign them, as Clint is no longer an authorized signer. So anyone with a pending stamp, stay tuned for a call to come and correct it.

I would like to take a minute to congratulate the 324 graduates of Delta Company, USMC School of Infantry-East. But I would like to single out 3 of them, at this time their names are not public, however these 3 have taken a difficult road, and after all their trials, they have risen up and stood strong both mentally and physically, to claim the title. I am filled with joy at the thought that in a few hours from now, the first women to ever complete combat training, were US Marines.

However I am deeply disturbed at the fact that they have been robbed of the challenge to continue by advancing to an infantry MOS school, instead being sent to a non-combative MOS school. I am not ignorant the issues to be faced, but there is no HONOR, in the broken COMMITMENT of the corps, for the COURAGE these ladies have displayed.

All this aside, I congratulate my SISTER devildogs, and pray for the day that their time and effort is rewarded.

Congratulations to all the graduates again.

Dear Customers,

My sincerest apologies for the delays that you have experienced, during the closure of the shop. Hot off the presses is the following info:

I have received the tracking information for the FFL, and it will be here in time to open the doors for business Friday 11/1/2013.

We will have extended hours for Friday 10am-6:30pm, and Saturday 10am-6pm, for your convenience.

Our automated transfer server will be unlocked Thursday night, so a flood of gun transfer notices will head out before the reopening, as well our phone lines will be re-initiated at that time.

I ask you to please be patient when calling on Friday, we anticipate a madhouse, I am doing my best to have plenty of staff on hand to answer all calls, and assist all customers.

As many of you have asked in person when you have caught me coming or going from the shop, the time “lost” to items on layaway will not be counted.

For our NFA customers: no stamps have been received yet, however I have set aside all as much time as it requires to get the NFA branch on the phone Wednesday ( I have been trying, periodically, unsuccessfully) to find out where the held up approved stamps are in the process, and when they are coming. I am anticipating a more helpful attitude now that I am acknowledged as the owner.

All are welcome to stop in to “visit” their pending NFA items.

Sincerely,
Eric-New owner
